The William Brinton 1704 House provides unique opportunities for both amateur and professional photographers interested in capturing local historic architecture.

Amateur Photography Policy
Amateur photographers are welcome to explore the site and take pictures for their personal use. Photos and videos taken on the property may not be sold or used for any commercial purposes. Amateur photographers, individuals and families are welcome to take images of all exterior buildings. But, please remember to be respectful of our onsite tenant space.
Professional Photography Policy
All professional photography is subject to a site fee of $50 (paid prior to the session) and must be scheduled through the site director with a minimum of 48 hours in advance notice. Scheduled sessions must be between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm. Professional photography is not permitted inside any of the historic buildings. The photography session must not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests to The William Brinton 1704 House or its onsite tenants.
Commercial photography sessions are scheduled at the discretion of the director.
